MD Undergraduate Program
Within a Faculty of Medicine (FoM), a MD Undergraduate Program (MDUP) is comprised of 4 geographically graphic sites including a Island Medical Program (IMP), a Northern Medical Program (NMP), a Vancouver Fraser Medical Program (VFMP), and a Southern Medical Program (SMP). In partnership with a provincial government, educational partners University of Victoria and a University of Northern British Columbia, and all 6 health authorities, a MDUP takes a province-wide proceed in clinical training, health sciences research, and training opposite BC.
Qualifications:

Working Relationships:
Reports to a Head, Woodward Library and a Regional Associate Dean, Vancouver Fraser, UBC. Duties:
Budget and Coordination:
- At a instruction of a MD Undergraduate Library Subcommittee, prepares a annual bill for e-resources to support a distributed MD Undergraduate Program as good as resources compulsory for information and library services within a Vancouver Fraser Medical Program.
- Monitors a bill via a year, advising a MD Undergraduate Library Subcommittee of discrepancies.
- With a Evaluation Studies Unit, coordinates a ongoing analysis activities and prepares an annual news on a library services ancillary a distributed MD Undergraduate P
- Coordinates training for a MD Undergraduate Librarians and other staff opposite a distributed sites.
- Coordinates support applicable to a library support of a UBC distributed program.
Reference and Instruction Services:
- Coordinates and participates in a sustenance of anxiety services to all students in a MD Undergraduate Program, ensuring equity of entrance to information. This includes cross-site practical anxiety services, email anxiety and other programs compulsory to accommodate accreditation standards.
- Participates in a information education module that supports a growth of evidence-based use skills.

Liaison And Communication:
